Dan Hemhauser has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dan started their career as a Carpenter Assistant at J.T. Hemhauser and Son from June 2015 to August 2018. Dan then served as a Digital Marketing Intern at SEMGeeks from June 2018 to August 2018. Afterwards, they worked as an Information Desk Worker at Rider University from August 2018 to May 2019. Since November 2019, Dan has been employed at Semrush, initially starting as a Customer Success Specialist until November 2019. Dan then became an Onboarding Specialist from November 2019 to April 2020. Subsequently, they progressed to the role of Customer Success Manager from April 2020 to December 2022. Currently, Dan holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Semrush, a role they have held since November 2022.

Dan Hemhauser attended Rider University from 2015 to 2019. Dan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing during their time at the university. In addition to their formal education, Dan has also obtained several certifications. Dan also obtained an Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in December 2019. More recently, in 2022, Dan obtained certifications in Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Creating Your Sales Process, and Sales Management Foundations from LinkedIn.
