Katelin Spalding has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Shoe Sales Associate at JCPenney. Katelin then worked as a Sales Associate at Gymboree, followed by a role as a Part-Time Assistant Manager and Style Specialist at Charming Charlie. In 2017, they became a Key Holder Kennel Technician and Front Desk Receptionist at Town and Country Animal Care Center. Katelin also worked as a Customer Experience Associate - Military Clothing Sales at The Exchange, and as a Visual Merchandiser at The Exchange. In 2019, they were a Child and Youth Program Assistant at Talkeetna Child Development Center. Katelin then worked as a Kennel Assistant at VCA Animal Hospitals from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are a Social Media Assistant at Subutai LLC. In 2021, they joined SEMPRE (Secure EMP-Resistant Edge) as a Social Media and Communications Coordinator, where they support social media marketing and team building initiatives.

Katelin Spalding attended Warrensburg High School from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their High School Diploma in General Education. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Central Missouri, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion: Textiles and Clothing Business. Katelin studied at the university from 2013 to 2016.
