William G. Gurrola has extensive experience in the energy industry, with a focus on liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects. William G. is currently the Vice President & General Manager of Port Arthur LNG at Sempra Infrastructure, responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and profitable execution and long-term operation of the Port Arthur LNG enterprise. Prior to this role, Gurrola held the position of Vice President of Project Development at Sempra Infrastructure. William G. has also served as Director of Commercial & Markets Development in the LNG Group at Sempra Infrastructure, where they focused on developing projects across the LNG value chain and positioning Sempra in the global energy transition towards a net-zero carbon market. Before joining Sempra, Gurrola was the Project Director for the ECA Liquefaction Project at Sempra LNG, overseeing development efforts across various areas. Earlier in their career, they held roles in business origination and project development at Sempra LNG, as well as financial analysis positions at Santander Mexico and power origination at NRG Energy.

William G. Gurrola has an MBA degree in Finance & Strategy from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. William G. also holds a Licenciatura (Bachelor's degree) in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
