Oleg Lepschin currently serves as an Area Sales Manager at SEMPERIT AG since February 2021, focusing on the active sale of premium industrial products and the development of customer relationships across multiple countries including Germany and the Nordic region. Prior to this role, Oleg worked at CONTAINEX Container-Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H. where responsibilities included managing sales in Russia and acquiring new clients. Oleg also has experience as a freelance onboard courier and internships at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Disaster Management from Københavns Universitet and a banking qualification from Alfred-Müller-Armack-Berufskolleg Köln.
