Srijith Girija Gopinath is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in renowned establishments. Currently serving as Chef and Co-Founder at Ettan restaurant since October 2019 and Chief Culinary Officer at Sempera Organics Inc. since October 2021, Srijith also holds the position of Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at the Michelin-starred Campton Place Restaurant in TAJ CAMPTON PLACE HOTEL since 2007. Previously, Srijith excelled as Executive Sous Chef at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Maldives from 2005 to 2007 and as Chef at the Deep End, a fine dining restaurant within the same resort, from 2002 to 2005.
