Biljana Drvoshanova, PMP®, currently serves as Head of Delivery Management and Senior Project Manager at HTEC Group, while also functioning as an External Trainer for Semos Education. With extensive experience in project and product management roles across various companies, including InPlayer, Allocate Software, IT Labs, and Seavus, Biljana has successfully overseen multiple teams and projects, emphasizing stakeholder communication, risk management, and Agile methodologies. Biljana holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from University "St. Cyril & Methodius" and completed the GO Dialogue Coaching Program.
