Robert Hebb is a Principal in the Litigation Department at Semmes, Bowen & Semmes, where work since August 1997 has primarily focused on defending personal injury claims related to products, premises, motor vehicle/trucking, and construction accidents. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Owens, Robertson & Parler from 1993 to 1997. Robert Hebb holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Baltimore School of Law (1990-1993) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from The Catholic University of America (1986-1990). Education also includes completion of studies at Mount Saint Joseph High School (1982-1986).
