Thea Franz has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Thea began their career as a Management-Trainee at Compass Group in 2006, where they worked until 2008. Thea then worked as a Personalreferentin at Food affairs FEINE ESSKULTUR from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined BSH Home Appliances Group as a Personalreferentin until 2012. Thea Franz then worked at KW-Commerce GmbH as a Personalreferentin for a brief period in 2014. Since 2014, they have been employed at Semmel Concerts Entertainment GmbH, initially as an HR-Manager until 2020, and currently as the Head of HR.

Thea Franz attended Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2002 to 2006. Thea obtained a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau, specializing in the fields of Produktion, Logistik, and Internationales Management.
