Mia Harring Kassem is a Data Scientist currently employed at Semler Gruppen A/S since September 2021 and previously held a similar position at GreenMobility A/S from December 2018 to August 2021. Kassem completed a Ph.D. program at the University of Copenhagen in the Department of Chemistry, with a focus on an integrated 4+4 Ph.D. track, while also serving as a Teaching Assistant for various chemistry courses between 2014 and 2018. Earlier experience includes swim instruction for women and children at Akacieparken, Hornemanns Vænge, and Kjøbenhavns Gymnastikforening from 2009 to 2014. Kassem holds a Master of Science in Nanoscience and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from the University of Copenhagen, as well as a secondary education from Birkerød Gymnasium.
