Rune Frederiksen has extensive experience in customer service and management within the retail sector. Currently, Rune serves as the Reklamationsansvarlig at Semler Agro A/S, responsible for handling complaints and warranty issues since July 2017. Rune also has a background in warehouse operations, having contributed to the relocation of inventory and management of daily orders. As an ambassador for Keepers, a Danish goalkeeper glove brand since November 2021, Rune promotes quality sports gear. Previous roles include working as a Slagsassistent at ALDI Danmark and as Butikschef at Petworld Ribe, where responsibilities included sales, personnel management, and daily store operations. Rune's education includes a degree from HG Rybners and studies at Zealand Business College, with a focus on business management.
