Javier Cintron is an experienced educator and accountant with a diverse background in academia, school finance, and mentoring. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Seminole State College of Florida since August 2016, Javier focuses on implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning and collaborate on curriculum development. Concurrently, Javier holds the position of FTE primary accountant for attendance at Seminole County Public Schools, overseeing daily attendance tabulation and financial program implementation. A dedicated mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida since January 2011, Javier empowers youth towards positive life choices. Previous teaching experience in Seminole County Public Schools includes roles as a teacher and substitute teacher. Earlier in Javier's career, positions at American Express involved leading communication efforts for a large employee audience. Javier holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Communications from Texas State University-San Marcos.
