Neil Garlock is a retired professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and engineering support. From May 2000 until retirement in January 2019, Neil held various roles at Seminole County Government, including GIS Analyst, Senior GIS/Imaging Technician, GIS/Imaging Technician, and CADD Technician. Responsibilities included building maps and web applications, pavement and asset management, and fulfilling public information requests related to engineering documents. Additionally, Neil completed an internship as a GPS Intern, gathering stormwater infrastructure data that contributed to Seminole County's inventory of stormwater assets. Neil holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from Seminole State College of Florida, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
