James Dippel is an experienced Senior Systems Analyst currently employed by Seminole County Government since January 2008, initially joining as a contractor before accepting a full-time position due to strong programming skills. Prior to this role, James spent almost 15 years at SunGard Public Sector, where prototype programs developed contributed to various software applications and departments. James Dippel holds a degree in Computer Science, Programming and Accounting from Lockyear Business College, where education was completed between 1984 and 1986.
