Hariram Mohanram began their work experience in 2017 as an Assistant Manager at Vedanta Aluminium Ltd, Jharsuguda. Hariram held this position from June 2017 to June 2018. In 2020, they joined the Semiconductor Research Corporation as a Research Scholar and also became a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington. Hariram continues to hold these positions.

Hariram Mohanram pursued their education in a chronological manner. Hariram completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) in Industrial Metallurgy from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli between 2018 and 2020. Earlier, they pursued their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the same institute from 2013 to 2017. Moving further back, Hariram completed their 12th Board CBSE in Computer Science from The Velammal International School from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they completed their Matriculation from Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 2004 to 2011 under the Tamilnadu State Board.
