Bharatharajan Pudugramam's work experience includes serving as the Head of Customer Engineering at Semgrep, a software security company, where they are responsible for building and leading the Customer Success Engineering team. Prior to joining Semgrep, they worked as a Solutions Architect Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for their Digital Native Business division. Bharatharajan also has experience as a Systems Engineering Manager at Cisco and Director of Systems Engineering at Cisco Meraki. Bharatharajan began their career as a Senior Network Engineer at Aruba Networks, where they provided technical support, performed lab recreations, and delivered solutions to customers.

Bharatharajan Pudugramam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Networking from North Carolina State University, attending from 2007 to 2008. In terms of certifications, Bharatharajan became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in November 2020 and an AWS Certified Developer - Associate in January 2021. Bharatharajan also acquired the CWDP certification from CWNP in September 2014, and the CWNA certification in August 2013.
