Michael Schook is an experienced supply chain and materials management professional with a strong background in leading distribution and logistics initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Materials Manager at FlaktGroup SEMCO since April 2022, Michael previously held similar roles at Gardner Denver and WireCo WorldGroup, where significant contributions included implementing a 3PL distribution center in Europe that resulted in substantial cost savings and improved delivery performance. With a proven track record in cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier negotiation, Michael has successfully managed high-value projects and built effective supply chain systems, earning recognition such as Manager and Store of the Year at Fastenal.
