Patricia Reuss is an experienced professional in customer care and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care for Blink Charging since November 2021, overseeing an international team supporting EV charging infrastructure. Previously, Patricia founded and led Write for You, providing custom training and writing services for over two decades. Other roles include Operations Manager at BrightKey, Manager of Contact Center/Customer Care at ARS/Rescue Rooter, and Manager of Training and Quality Assurance at Datawatch Systems, where significant improvements in training methodologies were implemented. Additionally, Patricia held leadership positions at Renaissance Training, Verizon Avenue, and iSky, with early career experience as General Manager at Fine Print, Inc. Educational background includes attendance at Heidelberg College.
