Colleen Willis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Colleen began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Maryland. From there, they worked as an Inside & Outside Sales Representative at Gray Line DC from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Colleen joined Bozzuto, where they gained experience in property management. Colleen started as a Sales and Service Associate, then progressed to Leasing Manager and Assistant Property Manager. In these roles, they excelled in delinquency management, property accounting, and vendor management. Colleen also played a key role in lease renewals and increasing resident retention rates.

Colleen later transitioned to Donatelli Management in 2016, where they served as a Property Manager. Here, they facilitated management transitions, managed a team of employees, and handled lease renewals, tenant relations, and financial reporting for multiple residential units.

In 2017, Colleen joined Comstock Companies as a Financial Business Manager. Colleen'sresponsibilities included overseeing financial reporting, implementing Yardi systems, and creating standard operating procedures. Colleen also prepared reporting packages for property owners and investors.

Currently, Colleen is working at SemaConnect as an Accountant since April 2022, after serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist from May 2021 to March 2022.

Through their work experience, Colleen has demonstrated strong financial and managerial skills, with a focus on property management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.

Colleen Willis attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business.
