Bob Shackleton is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office with previous experience as an Economist at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Bob holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Groningen, M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland, and a B.A. in Economics & Political Science from Yale University.
