Peter Austin Wagoner currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Operations at Seltzer's Smokehouse Meats, where responsibilities include translating the owner's vision into actionable goals and building an effective team. Prior experience includes working as a Banker Analyst at J.P. Morgan, providing comprehensive advice to Endowments and Foundations, and as a Financial Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Peter owned and operated Back Bay Island Service, specializing in lawn care and landscaping for private island owners, and held the position of Operations Manager at Back Bay Marine. Earlier experience includes a Business Solutions Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. and an internship at Seltzer's Lebanon Bologna. Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from Penn State University.
