Caroline Phalane is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and field marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Selpal since 2019, Caroline is responsible for activating shops for the installation of smart POS systems and providing marketing services. In addition, Caroline has been a Field Marketer at Smollan since November 2010, where responsibilities include counting stock, determining merchandising needs, and communicating promotional activities. Caroline holds a Higher Certificate in Adult Basic Education from the University of South Africa, completed between 2013 and 2014.
