Darrell Mitchell's work experience includes holding the position of President at Sellmark Corporation since April 2022. Sellmark is a company that produces outdoor lifestyle products and brands sold in over 50 countries. Before this, they served as Vice President of Operations at Sellmark from April 2021 to April 2022.

Prior to their time at Sellmark, Darrell Mitchell was the President of RedCastle Consulting, LLC since June 2006. DARRELL also worked as the Director of Operations, Well Services at UTEX Industries Inc. from June 2018 to February 2021 and as the Operations Manager from April 2016 to April 2020.

In addition, Darrell Mitchell held the position of VP of Operations at Steeltex Fabricators, LLC from July 2010 to April 2016. DARRELL was also the President of RedCastle Manufacturing from August 2006 to June 2010.

Afterward, they pursued further education and completed the Veteran Entrepreneurship Program from Oklahoma State University in 2010. Recently, from 2019 to 2021, Darrell attended The University of Texas at Dallas, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the field of GLEMBA - Global Leadership Executive Masters of Business Administration.
