Tom has been working with small business for over 20 years. As an employee of the Chamber of commerce he realized his passion was helping business owner’s network and advertise their companies from start-up to the market place. After several successful years at the Chamber, He moved to the National Federation for Independent Business (NFIB) where he advised and informed business owners regarding positioning for success within the current political Arena.

He then became a realtor, where he brokered and manage properties for clients within the northern Nevada area. He currently owns and manages a small real estate management/construction company in Reno. Tom created the VistaCoders idea and has a passion to work with some of the largest marketing firms in the nation to bring the products to the market place.
