Joe Ward has been working in the marketing industry since 2016, when they began their role as Business Manager at SellEthics Marketing Group. Prior to that, they worked at Kellogg Company from 2001-2016 in various roles, including Merchandising Manager, Sales Team Leader, Retail Team Leader, and Customer Business Manager. As Merchandising Manager, Joe was responsible for analyzing and developing plans to ensure labor dollars were within budget while also considering the work/life balance of the team. As Retail Team Leader, Joe managed a full team of sales representatives responsible for the company's warehouse products.

Joe Ward attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1982 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Arts. Joe also attended Southeastern Bible College from 1982 to 1983, where they completed general studies and played basketball. Additionally, Joe obtained a certification in Karass Effective Negotiating.
