Martin Chavalinov has worked in various roles since 2012. Martin began their career as a Sales Consultant at Zepter International in 2012. In 2014, they moved to METRO Cash and Carry Bulgaria as a General Assistant, where they were responsible for receiving daily orders from shops and preparing products, as well as checking supplies and inputting them in specialized SAP software. In 2016, they joined TELUS International Europe as an Assistant Supervisor, Customer Service Agent, and Sanctions Screening Analyst. Martin'sroles included providing feedback to agents regarding difficult cases, monitoring and assisting with achieving all of the agent's KPIs, receiving, filing and assessing agent feedback, investigating and researching potential Sanctions, PEPs, and 800+ list matches, and dealing directly with customers either by telephone or over email. In 2018, they joined Sellercloud as a Sales Executive and Technical Support Specialist.

Martin Chavalinov attended Vasil Levski High school from 2007 to 2012, where they earned an IT specialist College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Martin then went on to attend New Bulgarian University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management of Entrepreneurships.
