While she is originally from Los Angeles, Lisa lived in Las Vegas before she eventually moved to Washington. Something interesting about Lisa – she moved to England in the late ’80s. While living there, she had to learn how to drive on the opposite side of the road and learn how to drive a stick shift… from the opposite side of the car. Luckily, some of Lisa’s greatest strengths are her ability to problem-solve in the moment and stay task-focused in a crisis, so she adapted to the new situation quickly. These skills and strengths not only helped her drive in England but also help her to achieve high standards of excellence in her role as a supervisor for the subcontract accounting team.
