Tshering Cigay Dorji serves as the Commissioner at the Royal Civil Service Commission since May 2024, overseeing civil servants in Bhutan. Tshering is also a member of the Steering Committee and ICT Domain Lead for the De-suung Skilling Programme and a Director on the Board of Directors at SELISE Digital Platforms, focusing on compliance and strategic advisory services. Previously, Tshering held the position of Executive Vice President and Director on the Board at Kuensel until June 2024 and founded Digitech Research & Consultancy, providing digital transformation consulting. As CEO of Thimphu TechPark from November 2014 to January 2022, Tshering led significant software projects and ensured profitable business growth. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Management from the University of Canberra, a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, and a Master's in Engineering from Tokushima University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong and a certification in Database System Design from Okinawa International Center.
