Kyle Forder has extensive experience in finance and operations roles. Kyle began their career in 2015 as an Accounting Trainee at KPMG South Africa, where they were promoted to Senior Accountant, then Assistant Manager and Senior (Assistant Manager). During this time, they had a 6-month secondment to KPMG Luxembourg. In 2018, they joined ONE SEARCH as a Commercial Finance Manager and developed a full, in-house finance function. In 2020, they moved to Exo Investing as a Finance & Operations Manager, and then to Nucoro as a Finance & Operations Manager. At Nucoro, they successfully managed the audit of their regulated entity ahead of deadline and without misstatements, led the process for their first R&D tax credit submission in the UK and Spain, and set up multiple, best practice finance processes and policies. In 2022, they joined Selina Finance as Head of Finance.

Kyle Forder completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) at the University of Cape Town in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town between 2010 and 2013. Kyle also attended Hilton College from 2005 to 2009.
