Manuel DeJesus has extensive experience in parking operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at AAA Parking since January 2011. In this role, Manuel DeJesus creatively managed operations during the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing new standard operating procedures aligned with CDC guidelines and company policies. Prior positions at AAA Parking include Assistant Director of Operations, where Manuel DeJesus developed innovative parking solutions for the JW Marriott Marco Island, and Operations Manager, responsible for personnel management and budget oversight. Earlier experience includes roles as Parking Manager and Operations Supervisor, focusing on daily operations and guest services. Manuel DeJesus began a career in valet service at Bags & Cars, positioned as a Valet Captain/Dispatch, where oversight of valet runners and guest assistance were key responsibilities. Education was pursued at Binghamton University from 2007 to 2008.
