Rich Fratarcangelo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management within diverse industries. Currently serving as Strategic Portfolio Manager for IT Delivery Planning and previously as Lead Planning Analyst at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., Rich has played a key role in one of the largest automotive companies globally. Prior experience includes project management roles at European Wax Center, where operational efficiency for over 750 salons was enhanced, and at Starboard Cruise Services, focusing on marketing and cruise line operations. Rich also managed a significant art portfolio at Otra Vida and demonstrated operational leadership at Tiffany & Co. Rich holds certifications as a SAFe 6 LPM, CSM, and CSPO, along with an Associate of Applied Science degree from the State University of New York at Corning.
