Joel Pascual is a seasoned design professional with diverse experience in UX/UI and product design. Currently serving as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Selfridges since July 2022, Joel has previously held roles including Product Designer at Proportunity, where a focus on establishing comprehensive design component libraries enhanced agile design processes. As Art Director at Zephyr, leadership of a design team was key in guiding startup clients through product and marketing strategies. Joel also founded AskGenio, a personalized gift finder chatbot, and worked at Jago Partners and Fearlessly Frank on luxury and innovation projects. Early career experiences include roles at Life Size Media, freelance graphic design, and internships at Dragon Rouge and BrandMe. Educational background includes a User Experience certification from General Assembly and degrees in Graphic Design from Falmouth University and Plymouth College of Art.
