Olimpia Emo Capodilista has worked for five companies since 2014. At SMUGGLER, they held the role of Production from 2014 to 2016. Olimpia then moved to Elephant Family where they were the Assistant Creative Director from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined The Communications Store as the Creative Innovation & Digital. In 2018, they worked at Blue Marble Private as the Marketing & Content and also at Selfbook as the Sales Director, Business Development Manager, and Marketing Manager.

Olimpia Emo Capodilista attended St Paul's Girls' School from 2003 to 2010. Olimpia then attended UCL from 2011 to 2013, studying Russian Language and Literature. Finally, they attended New York University from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Olimpia'story.
