Richard Parsons is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology and customer support. Currently serving as an Associate DevOps Engineer at Self Financial, Inc. since April 2022, Richard has also been a Brand Ambassador for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since July 2018. Previous roles include Customer Support Specialist, Tier 3 at Formstack and various positions at TCP (TimeClock Plus), where responsibilities ranged from Jira Administration to Quality Assurance Management. Richard’s experience encompasses leadership in automation and manual testing, project management, user onboarding, and process improvement through plugin research and implementation. Richard holds a BBA in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Angelo State University.
