Sean Mack is a Senior Cultural Change Management and Training Business Analyst at Conduent since March 2023, where an emphasis is placed on revamping and executing change management initiatives for significant software implementations. Concurrently, Sean serves as a Mathematics Tutor at Eye Level of Alpharetta and has been a freelance musician since June 1991. Prior experience includes roles such as State WIC Director for the Georgia Department of Public Health, where successful implementation of eWIC services was achieved, and Program Manager 2 for the Louisiana Department of Health, where oversight of WIC vendor management was key. Sean also held various positions at the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services, progressing from Social Services Analyst 2 to DCFS Area Director. Sean holds dual Bachelor of Music degrees in Jazz Studies and Music Performance from Loyola University New Orleans.
