Ms. Vinson joined Selerix as an Implementation Manager in 2008. She then transitioned into a Team Leader position in the Client Services department. In May 2014, Ms. Vinson opened the first satellite office in Columbia, South Carolina, and has continued to expand the east coast team. As Director of Client Services, Ms. Vinson’s responsibilities include oversight of Client Advocates and Solutions Consultants, monitoring case implementations, testing, and training. Prior to joining Selerix, Ms. Vinson was a Case Manager for Ward Services, an enrollment firm that utilizes the Selerix platform. Ms. Vinson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
