Elad Marom is a professional with experience in various leadership roles, specifically in business development, marketing, operations, and sales. Currently serving as the COO at SelectMedia, Elad has managed digital media and marketing budgets of up to $18M per year. In addition, Elad has proven skills in content writing, networking, and customer success management. Prior to their current role, Elad served in the IDF as a Navy officer, holding positions such as Captain of a missile ship and Deputy Commander of the Ashdod Navy Base. Elad is also a member of Ximus and holds a B.Sc in industrial engineering from Shenkar.
