Tali H Bezalel has held a variety of roles in their professional career. From 2016 to 2021, they were Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Zriha Hlavin Ind' Ltd., a Molding Industry company that services the High-Tech, Medical and Automotive fields. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Founder of Coffeexpress, a food & beverage company for coffee lovers. Lastly, from 2000 to 2016, they were VP Marketing at Totalmanpower, a Human Resources company that provides expertise and a network of services for new immigrants.

Tali H Bezalel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management between 2001 and 2004.
