Greg Motto has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Greg began their career at Leaf, Inc. in 1989, where they held positions as a Research & Development Scientist - Confections Processing and a Plant Quality Assurance Auditor. In 1993, they moved to Wrigley as a Sr. Research & Development Project Manager. Greg then joined World's Finest Chocolate in 1997, where they served as Director of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, Director, Process Development & Improvement, and Research & Development Project Manager. In 2007, they were Plant Manager at Sara Lee Foods. In 2010, they joined Dean Foods as VP Operations West Region (17 plants), VP Continuous Improvement (70 plants), Sr. Director, Continuous Improvement - West Region (18 plants), Director, Continuous Improvement - West Region, Director, Supply Chain Management, and Director, Project Management Operations - West Region. In 2017, they became the Principal Owner of OPEX Consulting Group, LLC, a privately held business providing Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Operations and Quality Systems consulting services with specialization in the Food & Beverage industry. Most recently, they joined Cresco Labs in 2021 as SVP Operations, and Select Milk Producers in 2021 as VP Business Integration & Improvement and Sr. Director - Operations Support.
Greg Motto completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst University and attended Oak Park and River Forest, IL HS.
