Graeme Riches is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the People Safety & Culture partner at Select Harvests Limited since May 2023, focusing on Human Resources best practices, safety, and sustainability goals. Previously, Graeme held the position of People and Culture Leader at The Travel Corporation since February 2017, providing strategic and operational HR support, while also aiding the New Zealand and Singapore branches. Graeme has extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager at AAT Kings, WESTPOINT CORPORATION L.P., Nestlé, and ARB 4x4 Accessories, where responsibilities included leading the People & Culture functions and establishing HR systems. Graeme Riches holds a Professional Diploma of Human Resources from Deakin University.
