Stephanie George has worked for Verizon since 1999, starting as a Customer Service Partner. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager Methods and Training, where they were responsible for project team involvement in launches of all new systems, products and processes, as well as the ownership of all Associate training initiatives, programs and materials and execution of training. Stephanie also had sole responsibility for all Methods & Procedures for Directory Assistance and Call Completion traffic. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Analyst-Program and Project Management.
Stephanie George earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2013. Stephanie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, graduating in 2010. In 2016, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University Metropolitan College.
