Jess Hays is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and writing. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at SELECT Commercial Services since March 2013, Jess oversees the Corporate Services Team and previously held the role of Operations Accountant, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job cost review, and IT support. As a self-employed writer and speaker since December 2014, Jess authored "A Rebel's Religion" and "She: The Grace Parables," and founded Vagabond Ministries, a retreat ministry organization. Additionally, Jess contributed as an Editorial Board Member for URBANwell Magazine from March 2015 to February 2019. Jess holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Athletic Training/Trainer and Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Howard Payne University.
