Nikki Schwartz is a skilled professional in talent services and program coordination with experience in diverse educational and community settings. Currently serving as an Assistant in Talent Services at Select Management Group since April 2023, Nikki previously held positions at the University of California, Los Angeles, as a Program Coordinator, and at Chapman University in roles including Sorority Recruitment Consultant and Graduate Assistant for the Interfraternity Council. With a strong background in mentorship, event planning, and organizational support, Nikki also contributed to the Vernon Hills Park District as an Assistant Swim Coach, and gained marketing experience as a Social Media & Marketing Intern at Beyond Sports Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Educational Studies, both from Chapman University.
