Shani Dukes is an experienced Functional Skills Tutor currently employed at Selby College since March 2020, focusing on tutoring apprentice learners online due to accessibility challenges. Previously, Shani served as a Customer Services Assistant at Marks and Spencer for the Christmas period in 2021, where customer service skills were further developed. Prior experience includes working as a Functional Skills Tutor at YH Training Services Ltd from 2016 to 2019, teaching English and Maths to diverse learners, including those with special educational needs.
