Gustavo Morel currently serves as Plant Manager at Sekisui Voltek, LLC, since April 2017, after a tenure as Manufacturing Manager at Sekisui-Voltek from September 1996 to August 2016. In these roles, Gustavo Morel has overseen production activities, managed and developed staff, coordinated inter-departmental efforts, and enforced compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Experience also includes a position as Process Improvement Coordinator, focusing on enhancing workforce capabilities and maintaining extrusion and radiation process standards. Gustavo Morel holds a Master of Management degree in Business Administration and Management from Cambridge College, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
