Robert P. started their work experience at Jamco America in 1999 as an Engineering Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the engineering activity related to interior re-configurations for multiple turnkey modifications. Robert oversaw design team management, integration and certification activity, and ensured customer satisfaction and adherence to work scope and product development parameters. Robert also managed teams, resources, costs, and all technical aspects of the programs.
In 2004, Robert P. joined AIM Aerospace Inc. as the Director of Engineering, Product Development and Certification. Robert later became the Vice President of Engineering, Product Development & Certification Services. In this role, they developed an engineering strategy to support customer requirements, utilized lean engineering processes to reduce costs, and achieved a competitive edge for the company's products and services.

Robert P. attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
