Katarzyna Iwaniak has extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Management Board for Branches at SEKA S.A. since December 2022. Previously, Iwaniak held positions including Regional Director for Corporate Clients at Allianz Polska and Aviva, where responsibilities included sales strategy implementation, market monitoring, and the development of agency networks for group insurance products. Iwaniak also has experience as a Key Account Manager at Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, focusing on Bancassurance partnerships, and various roles at Citi, where financial operations and team management were key responsibilities. Education includes postgraduate studies in Business Psychology and a Master’s degree in International Business.
