Robert Klimczak has a background in organizing within labor unions, having worked at SEIU 521 as the Chief Of Organizing, organizing director, and organizing coordinator. Before that, Robert held the position of Manager of Collective Bargaining and Representation at SEIU Local 99. Prior to that, Robert worked as a Union Organizer/Representative at SEIU UHW. Robert studied at the Agricultural University of Krakow, Poland from 1988 to 1990.
