Costa Neofotistos currently serves as Vice President of Strategy, Planning, and Value at Seismic, where responsibilities have included roles such as Vice President and Senior Director of Value Consulting. In this capacity, Costa contributes to enhancing sales enablement and marketing impact for large enterprises. As a Principal Member of the Emerging Leaders Syndicate, Costa engages with top professionals in the venture capital space. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Huron, where Costa led initiatives in sales enablement and operational strategy, as well as project management at the Greater Flint Health Coalition, focusing on healthcare challenges and racial equity. Costa began a career in sales at AT&T Mobility and holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan-Flint.
