Julia Manasson has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Laboratory Assistant in the Department of Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of California Los Angeles in 2007. Julia then moved to Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2006, where they were a Research Assistant in the Department of General Internal Medicine and Primary Care. In 2012, they joined New York University School of Medicine, where they held various roles, including Assistant Professor of Medicine/Rheumatology, Instructor of Medicine/Rheumatology, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, and Rheumatology Fellow. In 2022, they began their current role as Medical Director of Patient Biology at Seismic Therapeutic.
Julia Manasson obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Boston University School of Medicine in 2012, after completing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University in 2006. Julia is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Julia is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Data Science and Biomedical Informatics from New York University, which they expect to complete in 2024.
