Charles Bauer has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and defense industries. Charles began their career in 1996 with the United States Department of Defense, serving in the role of USMC until 2006. In 2006, they joined Seiler Instrument & Manufacturing Company, where they held multiple positions, including Director, Defense Programs and Director of Sales, Manufacturing Division. Charles currently holds the position of Director of Sales, Manufacturing Division at Seiler Instrument & Manufacturing Company.

Charles Bauer received their Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Charles later pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, from 2001 to 2003.
